Parish Discount
In order to be an established parishioner and in order to receive a parish rate for school, a minimum donation of $500.00 must be given to Our Lady of Las Vegas Church. Donations are accumulated over the course of a calendar year, so families who want a parish rate for the 2022-2023 school year, must remit a minimum of $500.00 to Our Lady’s Catholic Church from January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021.
Registration for the following year may be denied for those children whose parents/guardians (parishioners or non-parishioners) have not met all the responsibilities as stated in this Handbook during the previous school year.
Tuition Assistance
Parents seeking tuition assistance may do so through the Nevada Choice Scholarship Program. Currently, the State of Nevada has five Scholarship Grant Organizations (SGOs). SGOs award annual scholarships (up to $8,262.) to eligible students entering eligible grade levels from eligible households to help them attend an eligible private school of their choice. The private school scholarships are for tuition and fees, including textbooks, supply fees and transportation to and from the school. For additional information please visit:

Parents are also invited to apply for Diocesan Tuition Assistance (if/when funds are available). In order to receive Diocesan tuition assistance, parents are first required to apply to SGOs in order to determine eligibility and demonstrated need. After notification from SGOs, the Diocesan Tuition Assistance Committee will review all requests and parents will be notified of the results no later than September of each year.
